Ayona has been a part of Flatmountain’s roasting outfit for nearly 10 years. She started in the wholesale department, assisting with packaging and dispatch. It was there that intrigue in roasting and everything that came with it was sparked, followed by the opportunity to do so herself. The process came to her very intuitively, and she has since been able to execute the roasting process to Flatmountain’s specific standards, forming an integral part of the team.
